1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Gegamo Team ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of all Gegamo Team services, websites, applications, and platforms (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing, or using any Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

Posting pornographic or sexually explicit content
Spreading misinformation or disinformation that could cause harm
Doxxing or sharing personal information without consent

Security Violations:

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any systems or accounts
Circumventing security measures or authentication systems
Conducting vulnerability scanning without authorization
Launching denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks
Intercepting or monitoring communications without consent
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling our software

Service Abuse:

Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans
Automated scraping, crawling, or data harvesting without permission
Using bots or automated systems to abuse Services
Reselling or redistributing Services without authorization
Interfering with other users' use and enjoyment of Services
Excessive bandwidth consumption or resource abuse

Intellectual Property Violations:

Infringing on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
Distributing pirated software, media, or content
Impersonating Gegamo Team or our employees
Using our trademarks or branding without authorization

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create and upload to our Services ("User Content"). However, by uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing our Services.

5.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

All User Content you upload, share, or transmit
Ensuring you have the rights to share such content
Compliance with all applicable laws regarding your content
Any consequences resulting from sharing your content

5.3 Content Moderation

7. DMCA and Copyright Complaints

8. Termination and Enforcement

8.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

8.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

Violation of these Terms of Service
Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy
Engaging in illegal activities
Creating risk or legal exposure for us
Extended periods of inactivity
Failure to pay for paid services
At our sole discretion for any reason

8.3 Consequences of Violation

Violations may result in:

Warning: For minor first-time violations
Temporary Suspension: 24 hours to 30 days depending on severity
Permanent Ban: For serious or repeated violations
Content Removal: Immediate removal of violating content
Legal Action: Civil lawsuits for damages and/or criminal referral
Law Enforcement Referral: For illegal activities

Zero Tolerance Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for: distribution of CSAM, terrorism-related content, extreme violence, doxxing, and targeted harassment. These violations result in immediate permanent ban and law enforcement notification.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 Service Availability

Our Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Services at any time without notice.

9.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GEGAMO TEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gegamo Team, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

Your use of our Services
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another party
Your User Content
Any illegal or unauthorized activity

11. Governing Law and Disputes

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gegamo Team operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
